Let me introduce you to Iva, Artisan Chocolatier in London. Not only does she have a passion for chocolate but also the expertise, and knows everything about chocolate essentials, sugar fundamentals and trends.

Trained at Notter School of Pastry Arts in Orlando Florida, in 2008 she gained a European Pastry & Baking Diploma.
She has gained experience working along World Pastry Champions, Ewald Notter, Anil Rahira, award-winning chef James Rosselle.
She worked as a Pastry Chef at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, Working with Chef David Ramirez, Captain of the 2009 Team USA in the World Pastry Cup.

She was then Pastry Chef and Chocolatier at Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort, working under Pastry Chef Laurent Branlard, twice winner of the World Pastry Championship.

She now works in London as artisan Chocolatier.

I am pleased to have teamed up with Iva to offer you our services on request. We offer two kinds of tastings, Chocolate & Bubbles and Chocolate & Dessert Wines for an early drink at your place.
According to your taste, preference and budget I will select different wines and Iva will design a recipe to match them.
