Cabernet Sauvignon it’s an easy grape to grow, that’s probably why is one of the most popular grape. You can find it everywhere in the world but only few places can express the best of it. Also it’s a very tannic grape which gains at aging for the best appellation (also the most expensive), but if you like it as a daily drink the bordeaux wines and the Australian blend with Shiraz are very affordable.
