The savoury cake is a recipe from the south of france, it is usually made with olive and ham but you can make it with everything you like, walnuts and blue cheese, dry tomatoes and goat cheese, courgettes and Féta…options are endless. Serve it with a salad.





To drink: Sauvignon blanc (New Zeland), Rosé côte de provence

200g flour
4 eggs
200g courgettes
150g Féta
12.5 cl white wine
1 greek yoghurt
4 tsp Baking powder
Salt and pepper


1. Salt the bits of courgette and steam them in the microwave oven
2. Put the floor in a bowl
3. Mix adding the baking powder, and eggs
4. Mix adding the yoghurt and the wine
5. Add the wine, stir
6. Add the courgette and the Féta
7. Put in the Oven preheated at 150° for 45 min
