Let me introduce you to Iva, Artisan Chocolatier in London. she has not only the passion for chocolate but the expertise. Trained at Notter School of Pastry Arts, Orlando Fl 2008, she has the European Pastry & Baking Diploma. She has a Highly specialized curriculum developed and taught by World Pastry Champions Ewald Notter and Anil Rahira, as well as the award- winning chef featured on Food Network, James Rosselle.
She has been trained at Cake decorating & Confectionary Art at Wilton School, Orlando Fl 2008 and then use to be a Teaching Assistant at the Notter School of Pastry Arts.
She knows everything about Chocolate Essentials, Sugar Fundamentals and Trends.
Lucky she was to be a Pastry Cook at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, Working directly under Executive Pastry Chef David Ramirez, Captain of the 2009 Team USA in the World Pastry Cup( competition in Lyon France)
Before coming in London she was Pastry cook and chocolatier at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Working directly under Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Branlard, two-time winner of the World Pastry Championship.
She is now in London as an artisan Chocolatier, and I am pleased to offer you her services on request. We can do a Chocolate and Bubbles or Chocolate and dessert wines for an early drink to your place. We first choose the kind of wine you like and then I will ask Iva bespoke recipes to go with the wines.

I suggest you to come for our first session for 2014 around 6 different sparkling wine, you will be told about the differences between sparklings, you will be served nice cheeses from Beillevaire to pair with and an extra bespoke chocolate from the delicious Iva.
